Performance Appraisals (PA) can be useful tools in gauging employee's knowledge and identifying your employees knowledge or skill gaps. However, there is a gap between PA training and PA deployment. In this course, our leaders will provide clear direction on how to integrate team members into an organization and direct them towards the organization's overall goals and vision. Since employee performance is constantly ongoing, our experts will demonstrate the cumulative effect of regular communication with employees regarding performance. As part of the curriculum, participants will gain understanding of feedback sessions and methods of positive critique. Hands-ons breakout sessions will allow participants to practice techniques learned in the session. As part of the course, each participant will be provided a unique, personalized cultural index to offer self-awareness and personality traits unique to the individual.
